(document extremely light, hard to read.) I do with the advice of Council certify that David Scott aged about 49 years of age, late a Captain in the 13th Virginia Regiment was disabled in such a manner in the service of the United States as to entitle him to the sum of forty pounds yearly, commencing on the first day of January 1786.
