Ephraim Dragoo's Will
(from Monongalia Co., WV Wills, Vol. 1, p.83)

In the name of God Amen, I Ephraim Dragoo of the County of Monongalia and
State of Virginia being weak in body but of sound mind and disposing
memory
for which I thank God and being desirous to dispose of such worldly
estate
as it has pleased God to bless me with I give and bequeath in manner and
form
as followeth, to-wit: 1st, After the payment of Just debts and funeral
expences
I give my wife Elisabeth Dragoo all my Estate real and personal to be by
her
disposed of in that way she may think most advisable to support and
educate my
four Infant Children to wit, Evolina Eaud Williams Louisa and Hannah
Dragoo.
___ witnes whereof I have hereunto set my hand and afixed my seal the
10th day
of March 1834.

Signed sealed published and declared by Ephraim Dragoo as and for his
last will
and testament in the presence and hearing of us who at his request and in
his
presence have subscribed our names as witnesses.
