Secondly I will and bequeath unto my beloved wife Ann One third of my One third of my [sic] land during her natural life and of my personal State [sic] my Corner Cupboard and my black cow & two sheep together with my household furniture including beds chairs tables &c to be disposed amongst my children by her as she wishes. Thirdly I will and bequeath unto my son Charles all my lands and tenaments [sic] together with all my farming utentials [sic] and tools of every description three of my sheep all my hogs one red cow with a white face and my black horse (and grey mare and saddle & bridle which he claims) and to his heirs or assigns forever. Fourthly I will and bequeath unto my daughter Phebe one pied cow red and white one heifer two years old red and white and one corner cupboard & three sheep. Fifthly I will and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah my loom and my two red cows and three sheep. Sixthly I will and bequeath unto my son William fifty cents to be paid as soon as the estate will admit of. Seventhly I will and bequeath unto my son Henry fifty cents to be paid as soon as the estate will admit of. Eighthly I will and bequeath unto my daughter Catharine fifty cents to be paid as soon as the estate will admit of. Ninthly I will and bequeath unto my daughter Mary fifty cents to be paid as soon as the estate will admit of. Tenthly I will and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret fifty cents. Eleventh I will and bequeath all the property both real and Personal (except so much as may be willed to the rest of my children by this will) including all claims notes and accounts in any wise due me unto my son Charles forever. And lastly I appoint my son Charles my Executor to do all things necessary to carry into execution the foregoing will. under my hand this 16th of May 1823 Thos. S.
