John Taylor Deed Monroe county WV Submitted by Bonnie Duncan,Bjd1441@aol.com This Indenture made and concluded this seventh day of December one thousand eight hundred and twenty, between Robert Taylor and Mary his wife of the County of Butler, State of Ohio of the one part and Isaac Milburn of the County of Monroe, State of Virginia of the other part. Witnesseth, that for and in consideration of the sum of $200 to them in hand paid on or before the sealing of these presents, do bargain and sell and by these presents doth convey all their right, title and claim to all their part of his father's, John Taylor deceased, land which is yet undivided, to Isaac Milburn and his heirs forever. Also one other child's part, to wit; Samuel Wright's, one of the heirs, which was deeded to him in the state of Ohio by said Wright and his wife Jane, all of which the said Robert Taylor and Mary his wife doth by these presents convey to the said Isaac Milburn and his heirs and etc and the said Robert and Mary Taylor doth for themselves and their heirs covenant with the said Isaac Milburn and his heirs the said undivided claims of land from themselves and their heirs to be the said I.
