Estate Inventory of Walter Neal, 1801 - Monroe County WV    

At court held for the County of Monroe, at the house of Humphrey Hays, Saturday, the
twentieth day of October, Eighteen Hundred and One

On the motion of Winifred Neal, relict of Walter Neal, and James Christy, leave is
granted them to administer the goods and chattles of said Walter Neal, deceased, and
leave is granted them to have probate of the same

Whereupon the said Winifred Neal, and James Christy, with Richard Ramsey and John
Wiseman their securities, entered into bond according to law, for faithfully discharging
their duty therein.

Ordered that Samuel Clark, John Handly Senior, John Handly, Junior, and Matthew
Patterson, being first sworn, organize the estate of Walter Neal deceased, and make
request to the ___

In compliance with the order form the worshipful court of Monroe County, to us directed,
we Samuel Clark, John Handly, Senior and John Handly, Junior, have ___ appraised  
the estate of Walter Neal, deceased, and do make the following acct. December
Nineteenth, Eighteen Hundred and One.

We do certify the above list to be a true account of the property delivered to us by the
executors of Walter Neal, deceased, with its value.

The decedent, Walter Neal, having died intestate, on the motion of his relict, Winifred
Neal & James Christy, leave is granted them to administer the goods and chattles of
the said Deceased and obtain a probate of these in due form. 

Whereas the said Winifred Neal and James Christy with their securities, Richard
Ramsey and John Wiseman, entered into and__ ___ bond, the penalty of fifteen
hundred dollars, for their due administration of the decedent's estate, and faithfully
discharging their duty therein.
