_ James Skaggs, 1 November 1822; 62 acres adjoining his plantation where 
Martin McGraw now lives, on both sides off the Main branch and Huffs branch, 
north easterly back branches of New River.

the Sugar Camp Creek, a south branch of Gauley River.

River joining his survey of 220 acres which he purchased from Withrow and Skaggs.
