She was a homemaker, a member of First United Methodist Church, South Charleston, a retired lieutenant colonel from the Civil Air Patrol and a member of the Charleston (WV) Cadet Squadron. Surviving: husband, Arnold Dilley; daughter Kay Nichols of Sebring, FL; Sons, Kyle Dilley of Troy, MI; Edward Dilley of Lathrop, MO; John Dilley of El Cajon, CA; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Snodgrass Funeral Home, South Charleston, with the Rev. Wendall Eskew officiating. Entombment will be in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes, WV. Friends may call from 6 to 9 today at the funeral home.
