Deed Book 47 - Ohio County, West Virginia James M. Richards and James M. Dillon July 11, 1863 Lot no. 28 Shrivers Addition, Wheeling This deed made the 11th day of July in the year 1863 between James M. Richards of the first part and James M. Dillon of the second part whereas the said Dillon and Ellen his wife did by a certain deed dated on the 8th day of November 1859 & now on record in the clerks office in the County Court of Ohio County, convey to the said Richards Lot no. (28) twenty eight in Shrivers addition to the City of Wheeling, and situated on the South Side of Quincy street, in trust to secure the payment of a certain promissory note made by the said Dillon and payable to Henry Conziger & dated on the 8th day of November 1857 for $865 & payable one year after date and wherein said note with its interest has been fully paid off and discharged by the said Dillon, as is witnessed by the said Conizer signing this deed: now this deed witnesseth that for & in consideration of the premises the said Richards does hereby grant unto the said Dillon with special warranty the above described property to wit said lot number twenty eight (28) in Shriver's addition to the City of Wheeling and situated on the south side of Quincy streets, with the buildings and improvements.
