Thomas and Maggie Prince to Harry Connelly Part of Lot 24, Wheeling Island Ohio County, West Virginia Vol. 81 p. 290-291 August 14th 1888 This Deed, made the 14th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty eight between Thomas Prince and Maggie Prince his wife of Wheeling West Virginia of the first part, and Harry C. Connelly of Wheeling West Virginia of the second part. Witnesseth, That in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and Seventy Five Dollars the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the said parties of the first part do grant unto the said party of the second part the following described property that is to say; a certain piece or parcel of ground situate on Wheeling Island in the City of Wheeling, County of Ohio and State of West Virginia and being the North twenty eight (28) feet of Lot numbered Twenty Four (24) in George Zilles Addition to the City of Wheeling, said part of Lot has a front of twenty eight (28) feet on North Huron Street and extends back an equal width to the alley in the rear of said Lot. And the said parties of the first part do hereby covenant with the said part of the second part, that they will warrant generally the property hereby conveyed.
