Ohio County Deed Book 37 p. 467 

This indenture made this 10th day of February 1853 between Mary Ann
Richardson and Peter H. French Executor and Elizabeth French Executrix
of the last Will and Testament of William French late of Ohio County
deceased of the first part and John J. French of the second part
Witnesseth that whereas by a certain Deed of Trust bearing date on the
11th day of September 1837 and recorded in Deed book No 22, page 198
the said John J. French conveyed to one William Robb his interest as
tenant by the untesy in and to Lot No. four in square No two situate on
the East side of Water Street, in the City of Wheeling in Trust to
secure to the said Mary Ann Richardson the payment of a debt of Two
hundred and ten Dollars and unto William French the payment of a debt
of Fifty Dollars and whereas the said debts have been fully paid Now
therefore in Consideration of the premises and of five dollars to said
parties of the first part in hand paid by said parties of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said parties of the
first part do by these presents grant bargain sell remise and release
unto said John J. French all and all manner of title claim and demand
whatsoever which was vested in them under or by virtue of the deed of
Trust aforesaid In Witness Whereof the said parties of the first part
have hereto set their hands and seals the day and year first herein
mentioned.

Ohio County to wit 

I Jas E. Wharton a Justice of the peace for the County aforesaid in the
State of Virginia do certify that Mary Ann Richardson and Peter H.
French and Elizabeth French executor and executrix of William French
late of Ohio County deceased whose names are signed to the writings
above bearing date of the 10th day of February 1853 have acknowledged
the same before me in my County aforesaid Given under my hand this 12
day of February 1853.

foregoing deed was presented to me John McColloch Clerk of Ohio County
Court in my office certified as above and admitted to record.
