James RICHARDS (est) to William R. MAYBERRY

This deed made this firsts day of September one thousand eight hundred and fifty
eight between Edward H. Fitzhugh and James M. Dillon, administrator of the estate
of James Richards of the first part and William R. Mayberry of the second part
Witnesseth, that whereas the said Mayberry by a deed of trust dated May 6, 1854
and now of record in Ohio County, Virginia in order to secure to the said James
Richards since deceased , the sum of one thousand dollars, conveyed to said Fitzhugh
in trust lot numbered twenty four (24) situated on the south side of Clay street,
between Fourth and Fifth streets in that part of the City of Wheeling called East
Wheeling. And whereas the said Mayberry has since paid off the debt secured by the
said deed of trust in full, in evidence which the said Dillon as administrator as
aforesaid, joins in the execution of this deed. Now, therefore the said Edward H.
Fitzhugh in consideration of the premises hereby release to the said William R.
Mayberry all his claims upon the said premises vested in him by the said deed of
