James RICHARDS to William R. MAYBERRY

This deed made the sixth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and fifty four between James Richards and Mary Richards his wife of the
first part and William R. Mayberry of the second part. Witnesses that in consideration
of the sum of one thousand two hundred and fifty dollars the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged the said parties of the first part do grant unto the said party
of the second part the following described property that is to say Lot numbered
twenty four (24), Situated on the south side of Clay street between fourth and
fifth streets in that part of the city of Wheeling called East Wheeling. And the
said James Richards does hereby covenant with the said part of the second part that
he will warrant specially the property hereby conveyed. Witness the following signatures
and seals.
