Mary RICHARDS to James RICHARDS

This deed made this 18 day of July, A.D. 1857, between Mary Richards of the first
part and James Richards of the second part, all of the county of Ohio, and State
of Virginia. Witnesseth: that the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars to her in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, doth grant
unto the said party of the second part, with general warranty, the following
described property, to wit: All her right, title and interest to the undivided E.
Half of Lot no. (181) one hundred and eighty one lying and being situate in East
Wheeling it being a portion of the same property devised by Mary Richards, the
mother of the said party of the first part by will dated June 20, 1852 and of record
in the Clerk’s Office, Ohio county in Will book No. (3) three folio 220. Witness the
