J. Michael TABLER 
Know all men by these presents that J. Michael TABLER of the county
of Ohio & commonwealth of Virginia do hereby emanicpate and set free
my Negro woman named Poll about forty three years of age whom I pur-
chased of Kinsey DICKINSON in the year 1813, hereby declaring, the
said Negro woman Poll free from all service from me and my heirs and
assigns forever. In witness whereof I have set my hand hereunto
affixed my seal this 20th day of March 1818--Michael TEABLER (note:
change in spelling is copied from text!) I do hereby certify that
the above is a true copy from the original which was acknowledged
in the office the 20th March 1818--by said TEABLER who desired the
same to be recorded--
