George Astin's Company of Militia, was disabled in the service of this Commonwealth, then Colony of VA, and that he is allowed the sum of 15 pounds yearly, commencing from the first of Jan. 1789 Given under my hand as Governor of the Commonwealth of VA, at Richmond, this 19th day of February, 1789.
