Biloxi Herald, January 16, 1897
Mrs. Mary Ellen Ott, one of Biloxi's oldest residents died yesterday, age 74 
years, six months and six days. The deceased was a native of Wheeling, W.VA, 
and leaves several grown children and grandchildren.  

Additional Comments:
Marriage first to Charles Eugenius McCaleb, New Orleans, LA, second to Peter 
Walter Ott, Biloxi, Harrison County, Mississippi.  Do not know her maiden 
name, but she was born in Wheeling about 1823
