First my will is that all my debts and funeral Expenses be fully paid and Satisfyed out of the first money that shall come into the hands of my Executor herein after named. My real Estate to be given to my Son William to have the free and full use of it for one year after my decease and thereto be Sold at the discretion of my Executor and the money to be divided into nine Equal shares one Equal share to Each of my Sons, Thomas Marcus and William and my son Jameses share to be Equally divided between his two oldest children Thomas & Elizabeth. and one equal Share to Each of my daughters Jane, Mary and Elizabeth to be equally divided among their children and Equal Share to my son Joseph and one Equal Share to my grand daughter Jane McConn daughter of my daughter Isabella. I allow my bed and bedding to be given my grand daughter Isabella Jane McConn, Sillias daughter. And I make and ordain Samuel Oldham Executor of this my last will and testament and I do hereby invest him with full power and auhority to dispose of my real Estate in fee Simple is an full and large a manner in every respect as I myself could do if living. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this Sexteenth day of August 1845.
