Item First. I do will and devise my house and lot and all my ground situated in Fifth Street in the city of Wheeling and where I now live unto my son Thomas Pemberton and his heirs to have & to hold to him for the sole & separate use of my daughter Martha Young so long as she remains a widow= but at her marriage or death, as either event may first happen, it is my will and intention that my said son Thomas shall have and hold it to him and his heirs & assigns(?), own proper use benefit. Item 2nd I will and bequeath all my household and kitchen furniture to daughters Adeline Dunlap wife of M M Dunlap & to my said daughter Martha Young share & share alike. and it is my will that my said daughter Adaline Dunlap share & half part of said household and kitchen furniture be to her own sole & separate use and that her husband and any husband she may have, shall have no right property or interest in the same. I make my said son Thomas executor of this my will and residuary legatee and request that no security be required of him as such executor. Witness my hand seal this 23 of August 1865.
