Wolfery (Jr) and Elizabeth COONROD to James SUMMERS, 2 tracts on Black Thorn: 
180 acres, originally patented to James Trimble and by several conveyances now 
the property of Coonrod, no adjoiners named, 40 acres adjoining the other 
tract, Botkin's former land, and Bell: patented to Wolfery Coonrod Sr. and 
conveyed by him to Wolfery Jr., Consideration: £ 200, VA. Signed: Wolfery 
Coonrod, Elizabeth (mark) Coonrod, Witnesses: none, Acknowledged in court by 
both, 5 April 1803. No delivery shown. Recorded: 3:467-469.
