Feb. 17th 1911
   I will this day to my Father James Gibson, the said tract
of land known as the Earn Shaw Land, lying on dry Branch,
being the same property resently deeded to me, by James
Gibson and wife, Three hundred and Thirty Eight acres (336 
acres) more or less.
   I will to my wife Rosa B. Gibson all my personal property,
consisting of Live Stock, farming emplements, House hold and
kitchen furniture, and all the feed and grain now on the place.

Clerk's Office of the County Court of Pocahontas County,
March 20th, 1936
     On this day the foregoing will of Frank Gibson, deceased,
was presented to me in my office, together with a certified
copy of an order of the Circuit Court of Pocahontas County,
West Virginia, dated the 17th day of March 1936, in the cause
of J. A. Sydenstricker, Trustee, and the First National Bank
of Marlinton vs. James Gibson and others, ordering that the 
said will be admitted to probate in solemn form of law; where-
upon the said will, having been fully proven as aforesaid, is
admitted to probate and ordered to be recorded; and it is
further ordered by my that the certified copy of the order 
of the Circuit Court admitting said will to probate to be
recorded in this office in the fiduciary Order Book.
