Will of Margaret (DEAVER) HUDSON I Margaret Hudson of Pocahontas County, State of West Virginia being desirous of disposing of my worldly estate and of sound mind and disposing memory do make and declare this my last Will and Testament. 1st I direct my funeral expenses to be paid 2nd I hereby will and bequeath to my son John L. Hudson one of my cows – the said cow to be his choice. Also all my kettles – but my son Warwick B. Hudson and my daughter Harriet Gum are to have the use of the said kettles with my son J.L. Hudson. 3rd I hereby direct that my mare and cow be sold at public sale or privately as my children may prefer and desire and that the money from the sale of the said mare an cow and what little money I may have on had and the notes or bonds due me to be equally divided between my children Warwick B. Hudson, John L. Hudson, Harriet Gum, Laura Humphreys, Susan Bird, Jane Beverage, and my granddaughter Nebraska Orndorff and after first paying as before directed my funeral expenses and any just debts I may owe.
