I desire to have a decent burial and all of the debts be paid out of the estates. Whereas my son Dale has recieved a piece of land of 50 acres, deed in fee simple, I consider said portion to be the share of his interest in the estate. I further desire that the seal and personal estate belonging to me be equally divided between my children: Jerry, James Monroe, Amanda, Maggie, E. William, Elmer, Geo W, Albert and Issie Byus. Whereas Addie one of my daughters died and left three children: William Taylor, Loring Taylor, and Mirtle Taylor. I desire that Wm Taylor and Loring Taylor shall each receive the sum of ten dollars and that Mirtle Taylor receives the balance of her mothers share. Brown one of the subscribing witnesses thereto who made the oath that he at the request of the testatrix and in her presence and in the presence of him H.C.
