Born May 31, 1943, in Mount Abraham in Monroe County, she was a daughter of Benno and the late Alta Bowers Belcher. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel in Peterstown, with the Revs. Bob Bradley, Randy Lilly, and John Rhinehart officiating. Burial will follow in Belcher Family Cemetery at Mount Abraham near Red Sulphur Springs. Friends may call 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Born Sept. 4, 1922, in Hizer Creek, Putnam County, she was the daughter of the late Earnest and Olia Higginbotham Withrow. Mrs. Holestein was a homemaker and was of the Church of God Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Corbett D. Holestein, in 1994. Survivors include three sons, Dempsey Holestein Jr. of Hilltop, Darrell Holestein of Cleveland, Tenn., and Larry Holestein of Hickory, N.C.; one brother, Kefer Withrow of Belle,; and four grandchildren. Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Tyree Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Hill, with the Rev. Jerry Cantley officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Oak Hill. Services will be 2 p.m. today in the Chapel of Shanklin Funeral Home, White Sulphur Springs, with the Rev. Bryan Mathews officiating. Interment will follow in Greenbrier Memorial Gardens, Lewisburg. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Gentle Shepherd Church of the Nazarene, in Hermitage, Pa., with the Rev. Joseph E. Coniglio officiating.
