Born July 26, 1922, in Matheny, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Kelly A. and Lettie Walker Stewart. Mrs. Carr was a homemaker and a member of Pentecostal Church of God, Rupert. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Cameron, in 1943, and her husband, Albert H. Carr, in 1991. Survivors include a son, Charles K. Cameron and his wife, Susie, of Rupert; two daughters, Faye Shaffer and Rita Parsons and her husband, Delmas, all of Rupert; a stepdaughter, Brenda Harris and her husband, Curt, of Rupert; 10 grandchildren; seven stepgrandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; nine stepgreat-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren. Chenoweth, 88, of Walnut Street, died at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, April 5, 2000, at Summers County Appalachian Regional Hospital, Hinton, following a short illness. Born Jan. 26, 1912, in Junior, she was the daughter of the late Judson and Mary Rider Corley. Mrs. Chenoweth had been a resident of Hinton for the past 52 years. She lived the early part of her life in Junior. After coming to Hinton, she worked at Skidmore's Store until her health began to fail in 1995. She was a member of Bellepoint Baptist Church, Hinton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur G. Chenoweth Sr.; and a son, Arthur G. Chenoweth Jr. Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Meador and her husband, Andrew, of Zephyrhills, Fla., and a daughter-in-law, Jo Ann Chenoweth of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Coiner, 73, of 3972 Dunbar Ave., formerly of Edwight, died Thursday, April 6, 2000, at his residence following cancer. Born Jan. 26, 1927, in Edwight, he was the son of Charles L. and Ada B. Cantley Coiner. Mr. Coiner came to the Austintown area in 1953. He was a supervisor at GM Lords-town Assembly for 30 years, retiring in 1982. He was a member of Four Mile Run Christian Church, a charter member of Silver Trowell F and AM Masonic Lodge and was a life member of VFW Post No. 4192, Mineral Ridge, Ohio. He was a member of the Valley of Youngstown Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, 32 Degree Mason, Order of Eastern Star, Niles Chapter 229, and Ali Baba Grotto, Warren, Ohio. Mr. Coiner served in the Navy during World War II. He helped commission the USS Dayton and served in the Pacific Theater of Operations and also in the Korean conflict. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles W., Cameron D. and Jack N. Coiner; and two sisters, Claudia Persinger and Mary Frances Thompson. Survivors include his wife, Loraine F. Miller Coiner, whom he married Aug. 22, 1947; three daughters, Mary F. Lamb and Paula E. Powell, both of Niles, Ohio, and Christine A. Coiner of Streetsboro, Ohio; a son, John M. Hale, 58, died Thursday, April 6, 2000, in a Charleston hospital following a brief illness. Born Aug. 9, 1941, in Jolo, he was the son of the late Arvis Clayton Hale and Stella Mattie Vance Hale. Mr. Hale was owner and operator of Hales Convenient Market in Pineville and a former member of the House of Delegates, representing the 19th District from 1984 through 1988. He was the founder of the "Blue Grass Mountaineers," who twice performed at the Grand Ole Opry, and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Darlene Marie Hale. Survivors include his wife of 21 years, Deborah Lynn Ayers Hale; two sons, Clayton Eugene Hale of Jolo and Robert Lee Hale of Raysal; a grandson, Justin Eugene Hale of Jolo; and three granddaughters, Brittany Marie Hale, Whitley Reshae Hale and Katelyn Rachel Hale, all of Jolo. Mr. Hayes was a retired U.S. Army staff sergeant with 20 years of service and was of the Protestant faith. He was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Browen.
