Born July 22, 1959, in Ridgewood, N.J., she was the daughter of Billye Bush McCorkle of Apopka, Fla., and the late Wayne W. Bush. Ms. Bush attended the Church of God, MacArthur. She was preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Anne Bush. Survivors include a son, Christopher W. Ellison BALTIMORE - Mildred Marie Thompson Ellison, 79, formerly of Pax, died Saturday, July 10, 1999, in a Glen Burnie, Md., hospital following a long illness. Born Aug. 7, 1919, in West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late John F. and Ocie E. Allen Thompson. Mrs. Ellison was a retired seamstress. She was a member of the Brooklyn United Methodist Church, Brooklyn, Md. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Lee Ellison. Survivors include two sons, Lloyd Ellison of Pasadena, Md., and Russell Ellison of Severn, Md.; a brother, Lewis Thompson of Baltimore, Md.; a sister, Nina Wright of Pax; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Eulanna Lakatos WOODSTOCK, Ga. - Eulanna "Lannie" Lakatos, 57, formerly of Kingston, died Monday, July 12, 1999, at her home following a long battle with breast cancer. Born Feb. 7, 1942, at Kingston, she was the daughter of the late Charles Vernal Tyree and Amanda Faith Tyree. Mrs. Lakatos enjoyed being wife, mother, stepmother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, aunt, great-aunt and friend. She was preceded in death by a sister, Edra Sue Pankiewicz. Survivors include her husband, I.L. "Lucky" Lakatos; two daughters, Sabrina Lynn Ackerman and Tamara Marie Conley; two sons, Eric Conrad Conley and Derek Charles Conley; a stepdaughter, Sarah Jean Lakatos; a stepson, Paul Daniel Lakatos; grandsons, Richard John "Rocky" Ackerman III and Trent Conrad Ackerman; granddaughters, Morgan Faith Conley and Hunter Rose Conley; son-in-law, Richard John "Rick" Ackerman Jr.; daughter-in-law, Kristina Kay Conley; a brother, Eric Lane Tyree; a sister, Janet Marie May; and Susie and many other friends. Marrs Kenneth Dane Marrs, 88, of 217 Raleigh Ridge Road, Beckley, died Monday, July 12, 1999, in a Beckley care center following a long illness. Born Nov. 2, 1910, at Davey, he was the son of the late John Wesley and Sarah Jane Goode Marrs. Mr. Marrs was a retired coal miner and member of the UMWA. He was of the Baptist faith and had lived most of his life in West Virginia. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Mae Vernon Shepard Marrs; a brother, Carl Marrs; and a sister, Pearl Stiff. Wade BEARDS FORK - Charles Lewis Wade, 66, of 1202 Beards Fork Road, died Saturday, July 10, 1999, at his home suddenly. He was preceded in death by his two brothers and six sisters. Bays and Julie Frances Sevy Bays. Mrs. Williams had lived most of her life in Lookout, was a member of the Mt. Olive United Methodist Church and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Logan Williams; four sisters, Lida Nutter, Florence Parks, Ann Wiggins and Evelyn Holley; and four brothers, Ray, Harry, Albert Bays and Quincey Bays. Survivors include a daughter, Joan Goode and her husband, Emory "Diz" of Lookout; a grandson, Timothy Logan Goode and his wife, Lisa, of Meadow Bridge; and one great-granddaughter, April Goode of Meadow Bridge. Wykle ATWATER, Ohio - Samuel J. Wykle, 73, formerly of Sinks Grove, died Sunday, July 11, 1999, in an Alliance, Ohio, hospital following a long illness. Born June 4, 1926, at Sinks Grove, he was the son of the late Homer and Eliza Taylor Wykle. Mr. Wykle was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, serving in the Asiatic Pacific Theater, was a member of the North Benton Presbyterian Church and American Legion Post 76 of Sebring, Ohio, and was an avid hunter. He was preceded in death by a son, Jackie Lee Wykle, in 1959. Survivors include his wife, Marian June Underwood Wykle of Atwater, Ohio; two sons, Jimmy L. Wykle and his wife, Patricia, of Sebring, Ohio, and Jeffrey L. Wykle and his wife, Diane, of Bay Village, Ohio; four sisters, Tula Smith of Glenville, Myrtle Underwood of Reno, Nev., Daisy Parker of Union, and Joyce Carter of Lakewood, Ohio; and four grandchildren, Jennifer, Nicole and Diane Wykle and Michael Matthews.
