Born Nov. 26, 1982, in Second Creek, Aaron was a junior at James Monroe High School and attended Crimson Springs Church, Zenith, and Union Lighthouse Church of God, Union. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, building model cars, playing video games, chatting on the Internet and playing football. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Cassius and Barbara Hoke; and his paternal grandfather, Bruce Boggs. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Ralph (Tina) Weikel of Sinks Grove; his father, James G. Boggs and his wife, Connie, of Second Creek; two brothers, Michael G. Boggs of Union and Mickey Weikel and his wife, Nikki, of Bluefield; his paternal grandmother, Nellie Boggs of Second Creek; his stepgrandparents, Richard and Linda Weikel of Pickaway; and his godfather, Clifford Dowdy of Pickaway. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Groves Funeral Home, Union, with the Revs. Jimmy Allen, Bob Ratliff and Mickey Weikel officiating. Burial will follow in New Lebanon Cemetery, Pickaway. Friends may call 1 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. "Candy" Horton, 83, of Maple Fork, died Monday, June 7, 1999, in a Beckley hospital following a long illness. Born Dec. 27, 1915, in Harlan, Ky., she was the daughter of the late John Bradley Gross Sr. and Cassie Dixon Gross. Mrs. Horton was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. Survivors include her husband, William Butler Horton of Gainesville, Fla.; three daughters, Betty Daniel and her husband, Bill, of Maple Fork, Joyce Wilson and her husband, Hank, of Old Town, Fla., and Johonnie Lynn Catlett and her husband, Richard Adair, of Maple Fork; a son, Dr. Jerry Fee of Montezuma, N.C.; a sister, Ada Guthrie of Belleview, Fla.; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Erma 'Pat' Kincaid Erma Louise "Pat" Kincaid, 60, of Stanaford, died Tuesday, June 8, 1999, in a Beckley hospital following a long illness. Born June 29, 1938, in Coffeeville, Kan., she was the daughter of Dwight Alvin and Ruth Mae Gustavel Betz of Minerva, Ohio. Mrs. Kincaid had been a resident of Stanaford for the past 14 years. She was of the Baptist faith and a homemaker. Other survivors include her husband, Elbert D. Kincaid; three daughters, Shelly Ameser of Alliance, Ohio, and Wanda Parker and Linda Campbell, both of Danese; six sons, Tim Weeks, Dale Weeks, Jim Weeks, Larry Weeks and Donnie Beitz, all of Ohio, and Elbert "Ace" Kincaid of Danese; two sisters, Carol Vogus of Minerva, Ohio, and Donna Dobson of Orlando, Fla.; two brothers, Ron Betz of Malvern, Ohio, and Sam Betz of Rock Hill, S.C.; and 14 grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home Chapel, Rainelle, with the Rev. Daniel Legg officiating. Burial will follow in Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville. McGraw Bethel Keith McGraw, 89, of 118 Pine St., Beckley, died at 8:45 a.m. Monday, June 7, 1999, in a Beckley hospital following a long illness. Born Feb. 20, 1910, in McGraws, he was the son of the late James H. McGraw and Mary Wills McGraw. Mr. McGraw was a retired owner and operator of AA Farmer Store in Bolt and a member of St. Mary's United Methodist Church. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and had been a resident of Beckley for the past 45 years. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Melitus, Harry and Darrell McGraw. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Vallie J. Bailey McGraw; a stepson, Fred A. Shumate of Bolt; a stepdaughter, Phyllis A. Shumate of Beckley; five brothers, Kenton McGraw and Leon McGraw, both of St. Albans, Arley McGraw of Ravenswood, Conway McGraw of Jacksonville, Fla., and Paul McGraw of McGraws; three sisters, Buena Cook of Mullens, Fern Harris of Dry Creek and Rosemary Dickerson of Odd; four grandchildren, Donna Eaton and Gary Brown, both of Woodbury, Tenn., Vicky Shumate of Witchita Falls, Texas, and Bryan Shumate of Richmond, Va.; and four great-grandchildren, Amanda, Jared, Britney and Joseph. Born Nov. 3, 1924, at Browns Mountain, she was the daughter of the late Samuel E. and Alma Mae Lawhorn Cody. Ms. Tygrett was a housewife and attended Fayetteville United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul A. Tygrett Sr.; a sister, Gladys Cody; and a son, Jerry Houchins.
