Post-Herald, Beckley, W.Va., 21 March 1974
Dewey Ralston Bennett, 39, of White Oak, W.Va., was dead on arrival March 18,
1974, at a Beckley hospital. The cause of death was gunshot wounds. The funeral
was held at the New Salem Missionary Baptist Church in Abraham, W.Va., with
burial in the church cemetery. 

Additional Comments:
Dewey Ralston Bennett was born 24 Apr 1934, a son of Fred Bennett and his wife
Verna Vest Bennett. Mr. Bennett's 21 March 1974 obituary was on Page 21 of the
Post-Herald, a Beckley, W.Va., newspaper.
