Obituary of John Frank Keaton 1892-1952 Surnames: Keaton, Walker, Muir John F. Keaton 60, Succumbs. John Frank Keaton, 60 of Beaver, died at his residence at 7 p.m. Monday from a heart ailment. Born March 29, 1892, he was the son of W.J. and Lucinda Farley Keaton, both deceased. He was a veteran of World War I and was emplyed in the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway Company machine shop for the past 30 years. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Stell Walker Keaton of Beaver; two daughters, Mrs. Hubert D.Geiger, of Beckley, and Mrs. John C. Muir of Beaver; one son, James Howard Keaton of Beaver; five brothers, Joseph Keaton of Beckley; Charles R. Keaton of Daytona Beach, Fla.; Carman Keaton of Bolaire; Kyle Keaton of San Bernardino, Calif; Waldo Keaton of Daniels; thre sisters, Mrs. Bessie Fink, Miss Daisey Keaton, and Mrs. Edward Thrush, all of Beckley, and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Methodist Temple with the Rev. C. H. Miller officiating, assisted by the Rev. L.D. Roe. Burial will be made in Sunset Memorial Park. The body will be taken from the Melton Mortuary to the residence at 4 p.m. Tuesday. Pallbearers will be J.M. Houchins, Aldon Gunnoe, Henry Conway, O.A. Bryson, J.B. Taylor, Jr., and Claude Harrah.
