Jacob Bickle, et al] To ] Thomas Isner ] Deed of 188 acres ] This indenture made this Twenty third day of April One thousand Eight Hundred and five Between Jacob Bickle for himself and attorney in fact for George Bickle, Margaret Bickle, Christian Bickle, Leonard Bickle, Elizabeth Bickle, Barbara Bickle, Jacob Bickle for himself all of the County of Randolph and State of Virginia of the one part and Thomas Isner of the County and State aforesaid of the other part. WITNESSETH that the said Jacob Bickle, George Bickle, Elizabeth Bickle, Margaret Bickle, Christian Bickle, Leonard Bickle, Barbara Bickle and Henry Bickle for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, ---------, and confirmed and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, --------- and confirm unto the said Thomas Isner his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of land containing One Hundred and fifty-five acres by survey bearing date the 29 day of September One Thousand Seven hundred and Ninety-one lying and being in the County of Randolph on a brach of Shaver’s Mountain nearly and adjoining lands of Col. Joseph Neville and bounded as follows to wit. Beginning at a Poplar and Beech thence North 86 degrees East 66 poles to a large White Oak North 28 degrees East 76 poles to a Cucumber, thence……..49 degrees East 56 poles to a Lynn and Sugar tree North 100 poles to two Beeches N32 degrees W 52 poles to a Beech North 4 degrees West 60 poles to two Beeches thence N 82 degrees W 76 poles to a Spanish Oak and Hickory thence South 20 degrees W 216 poles to the beginning. Together with all its appurtenances to have and to hold all and singular the aforesaid tract or parcel of land with all and every of the appurtenances unto the said Thomas Isner his heirs and assigns forever.
