The Last Will and Testament of Richard Kittle

I, Richard Kittle, of the County of Randolph and State
being in perfect mind and sound memory and knowing that
it is ordered and appointed for all men to die have thought
it proper to dispose of all this worldly estate with which it
has pleased God to bless me with in the manner and form
following after all my debts are paid. 1st, I owe and bequeath
to my beloved wife, Margarett Kittle, one-third part of all my
real and personal estate which I hold at my death during her
natural life and also the Negro woman named Peg and then to 
be divided between the heirs. 2nd, I owe and bequeath to Nester
H. Kittle and Martin D. Kittle one half of a survey of land in
the _____ Creek Settlement containing 203 acres by paying to 
their sister Clarrisa Kittle twenty-five dollars and the other 
half of said survey to John and Richard Scott by paying to their 
sister Ann Scott twenty-five dollars. 3rd, I owe and bequeath to 
my daughter Jane Kittle the Negro girl named Phebe and her bed
and pot and the remainder to be equally divided between my
daughters Ann Wilmoth, Mary Phillips, Jane Kittle and Absalom
Phillips daughter Jane Marrah and 5_ly. I constitue and appoint
Isaac White my executor to this my last will and testament and
do hereby disavow and revoke all and every other will or wills 
by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this eighth day of October in the year of Our Lord
1830.
