I, Hugh Pribble, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make my last will and testament as follows, revoking all wills by me heretofore made. First: I direct that my just debts, if any, and my funeral expenses be paid. Second: I give and devise my farm, where I live and which was owned by my father, Hugh Pribble, before me, to my son, Sherman. But he is to pay my daughter, Lelia Jackson, one year after my death, five hundred dollars, and to my daughter, Daisy Marshall, two years after my death, five hundred dollars, with four per cent on each of said sums from the date of my death until paid. Said sums shall be liens on my farm until paid. Third: In addition to the sums to be so paid to them by my son, sherman, I give to each of my three daughters, Daisy, Lelia and Mabel, the sum of two hundred dollars. Fourth: I give to each of my sons, Charley, Wilford, Carl, Shirley, Forest and John,the sum of seven hundred dollars. Fifth: I give to my son, Moses, one dollar, and I give to Lena Pribble, Gladys Pribble, Glenna Kinsinger and Bernice Pribble, wife and daughters of my son Moses, the sum of one hundred and seventy-five dollars each. Sixth: I give to Edna Pribble, Kathryn Bates and Theodore Pribble, widow and children of my deceased son, Van B. Pribble, the sum of two hundred and thirty-three and one-third dollars each. The sum directed to be paid under the third, fourth, fifth and sixth paragraphs of this will are to be paid by my executor, herein named, out of the purchase money owing to me from my sons Forest and Shirley for the land conveyed to them by deed dated November 15, 1927, when and as the purchase money is paid by them. Seventh: All of the rest and residue of my estate I give to my daughter Mabel and she is to have the right to keep the livestock on my farm, rent free, until the same is ready for market and can be sold to the best advantage, at private sale. It is my wish and desire that no part of my estate be sold at public auction. I appoint my son, Charley, Executor of this, my last will and testament, and request that no bond be required of him as such. Witness my hand this 16th day of January, 1929.
