Therefore I becueath to my sone Stephen Clayton one hundred dolars, fifty all redy paid the balance to be payd in three years from this date. Also to my sone Alpheus A. Clayton one hundred dolars to be paied in two years, to my sone Ishmail one hundred dolars to be paid in two years, to my daughter Rebecca one hundred dolars to be payed, in three years to my sone Franlin F. C. Clayton fifty dolars to be payed in tow years, to my daughter Maudy or her heirs one hundred dolars to be payed in thre years to my sone David one hundred dolars to be payed in thre years to my daughter Milly Francis one hundred dolars to be payed in thre years. and one cow, one bed, and bedings to my sone James P. Clayton one hundred dolars to be payed in two years to my sone Leander S. Clayton one hundred and fifty acors of land and all that pertains tereto including farm retencials house hold ? and citchin firniture horses cattle gogs and all that that this land and property is on the farm out of which I reserve my maintainance until my death and that of my wife Milly Clayton and Alls My God wishes and love forevery one of you and want to meat you all in heaven at last. dont fuss over what I have done live in peace with each other in ? whereof I set me had and seal and ublish an declair this to be my last will and testament this 16th day of july 1873.
