Will of Nancy Milburn, c1873 - Summers Co. WV Summers County I Nancy Milburn, being of sound mind, do make and constitute this to be my last Will and Testament. Item 1st: I give to the children of my beloved daughter Sarah Woodrum the one sixth part of my personal estate to be equally divided between them to be left in the care of Mary Keller to be distributed to them as they come of age if they are not of age at my death. Item 2nd: I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Mary Keller the one sixth part of my personal estate. Item 3rd: I give and bequeath to my daughter Jane Wikle the one sixth part of my personal estate. Item 4th: I give and bequeath to my son Isaac Milburn the one sixth part of my personal estate. Item 5th: I give and bequeath to my daughter Nancy Hinton the one sixth part of my personal estate. Item 6th: I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Roles the one sixth part of my personal estate. Item 7th: I give to my son James Milburn’s heirs the sum of $1.00. Item 8th: I give to my son Henry Milburn the sum of $1.00. Item 9th: I give to my son-in-laws Harrison Woodrum and Robert W. Sanders each the sum of $1.00. To be plain and to avoid mistakes I must state that none of my household and kitchen furniture and property of all kinds is not to go to public sale at my death. I hereby constitute, nominate and appoint Mary Keller, Jane Wikle, Nancy Hinton and Elizabeth Roles to divide my estate as above named. I reserve to myself the right to alter or amend this will at my pleasure. Given under my hand 4 day of May 1871.
