Item 1st. Having given by deed to all my children all the real estate I intend them to have, I desire that my Administrator shall sell the land that formerly belonged to Harrison Dequasie dec'd and that was sold under a decree of the circuit Court of Summers County West Virginia, and bought by me, and pay the balance due thereon out of the proceeds of the said sale and divide the remainder, if any, equally between my daughter Mrs. Luvernia Kincaid, my daughter Mrs. Martha Jane St. Clair, my daughter Mrs. Catharine Gwinn and my son A.J. Stickler. Item 2nd. I bequeath all my personal property to my son William Lewis Stickler, and after paying my funeral expenses out of same the remainder shall be used in maintaining my wife, Mrs. Ruth Stickler and my sister-in-law, Miss Elizabeth Dequasie. I appoint as my executor M. Gwinn. The last Will and testament of Cornelius Stickler, deceased, was this day presented in said office and proved by the oath of M. Gwinn, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, and the matter of probating said will is continued for further proof. E.H. Peck, Clerk Of Summers County Court West Virginia - In Summers County Court Nov 20/1894 The last Will and Testament of Cornelius Stickler deceased, was presented in Court and further proven by the Oath of William Bowles the other subscribing witness thereto and the same is ordered to be recorded, and there upon Marion Gwinn, the executor therein named made oath as such executor and together with Harrison Gwinn his surety entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of $1000. conditioned according to law, certificate is granted the said M.
