Bible Records of Sylvester Channell

Below is a transcription of the family Bible for Sylvester Channell and his wife Marcilla Parsons.  Sylvester and his family lived on Shavers Fork, near Parsons in Tucker County.  He was a Civil War veteran (Co. K, 6th WV Infantry, Union army) and lived in Tucker County all his life.  Despite the condition of the Bible due to its age and flood damage from the 1980's, I am very confident about the transcription.  My notes are in [square brackets], and the transcription is exactly as the information appears in the Bible.

Mr. Sylvester Channel son of Jonathan
Channel was born September the 11th 1843.

Mrs. Marcilla Channel wife Sylvester 
Channel and daughter of Jas. R. Parsons
was born February the 4th 1842.

Robert W. Channel son of Sylvester
and Marcilla Channel was born the
14th day of November A.D. 1867.

Irvin Channel son of Sylvester and
