District of Contreville. Con's $ 75 .Paid This Deed, Made the 9th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred three between T. J. Wright, and Mary. G. Wright, his wife Laura .B.Booher of the County of Tyler and State of W. Va. And Alice Kelch and Christy Kelch her husband, of the county of Jackson & State of W. Va. party of the first part, and Lewis Ripley, party of the second part: WITNESSETH, That in consideration of the sum of Seventy five Dollars, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the said parties of the first part doth grant unto the said party of the second part the following described property, that is to say: A certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Tyler County and State of West Virginia, on the waters of Wheelers Run a branch of Middle Island Creek, and bounded and described as follows, Beginning at a Stone corner to Lewis Ripley, and Serena A. Taggart thence with Taggarts line S 53º E 44 poles to a stone in said line thence N 5º E 46 poles to a stone in said Ripleys line, thence with the same S 63º W 44 poles to the beginning containing six acres to be the same more or less, it being the same land conveyed by Henry Reppard and wife to Clark Wright, by deed bearing date Feb, 24th 1871 and of record in the Clerks office of the County Court of Tyler Deed Book No 4 New series page 249 the parties of the first part being the lawful heirs of said Clarh. Wright now Deceased. And the said Parties of the first part, hereby covenant, with the said party of the second part, that they will warrant Generally the property hereby conveyed, Witness the following signatures and seals. his T.
