DESPER, THOMAS P., Upshur County, W. Va., 20 Aug. 1867; 9 June 1868. 

Wife ROBERTA JAKE, niece ELIZA JAKE CUNNINGHAM, bro. SHELTON DESPER. No ex. named. 

Testator desires pmt. of debts and funeral expenses from personalty; bequeaths
to niece ELIZA JANE CUNNINGHAM, one bed and bedding, one cow, 6 sheep, and $25
to be pd. when she reaches 18 or marries, with provision that she remain with
testator's wife until that time; to wife ROBERTA JANE, remainder of personalty
and all realty if she remains a widow, if she remarries she may sell 100 a. of
farm to be considered as "her dower; if widow remarries residue of estate to
bro. SHELTON DESPER.
