FULTZ, JOHN, Upshur County, Va., 31 May 1861; Aug. term, 1861. 
Wife LEAH FULTZ, heir and ex. 
Testator desires pint, of debts and funeral expenses from sale of personalty;
ex. to sell at public auction all personalty other than that which she received
from her father at time of her marriage; sd. wife to have all household and
kitchen furniture; testator had an article of agreement with Jacob Waugh dated
Nov. 27, 1860 that $300 should be pd. by Nov. 1, 1862 of which $150 has been
pd.; ex. to rent out land, leased from sd. Waugh until such time as Waugh
completes pmt. of $300 loaned to him; ex. to collect outstanding debts and
invest in land for benefit "of the expected heir to be born of testator's wife
in a proper time after death of testator"; if no heir survives land so purchased
to wife LEAH for life then to be equally divided among testator's bros. and
sisters (not named); Lewis Carrykoff and Noey B. Wamsley to supervise purchase
of land.
