HURST, JOHN, Upshur County, W. Va., 12 Mar. 1867; 15 May 1867. 

Wife MARY" G., dau. LUCY, son CHARLES. Wife Mary G. Hurst, ex. 

Testator bequeaths to wife MARY G. HURST all personalty, also house and lot
"lying at the West end of Buckhannon town fronting on the Staunton and
Parkersburg pike" for life; at death of sd. Mary property to be equally divided
among children; house and lot on Locust St., to be sold soon after testator's
death, proceeds from sale to sd. MARY G., for support of herself, dau. LUCY, and
son CHARLES and for repairs to dwelling.
