JOHNS, HARVEY, Upshur County, W. Va., 14 June 1867; 12 Aug. 1867. 

Wife MARY E., daus. MARY ANN JOHNS, REBECCA SUSAN JOHNS, other children not
named. Son James Johns, ex. 

Testator desires pmt. of debts and funeral expenses; bequeaths to wife MARY E.
JOHNS, a bond "due on Andrew Beverage of Highland County," also "all the
property she brought into the family or its value in money and one sachel"; to
dau. MARY ANN JOHNS, $100 "when last bond on Thomas Rexroad is collected," also
bedding "known as her own"; to dau. REBECCA SUSAN JOHNS, §50, pmt. to be made at
time mentioned in afsd. bequest; remainder of estate to be equally divided
"between all the children"; home farm to be rented until advantageous sale can
be made; bequests to minor children to be placed on interest until they reach 21
yrs. of age; all property with exception of bedding to be sold as soon as
possible after testator's death; bedding to be divided equally among all
children; Wm. N. Childress and Wm. B. Hull to make sd. division.
