Isaacs, Elizabeth Simpson late Isaacs, her husband George Simpson, John M. Isaacs, William Isaacs, Elisha Isaacs, Sarah Isaacs, Nancy J. Fletcher late Isaacs & her husband Sylvester and Martha Isaacs, heirs of Nancy Isaacs deceased of the first part and H.C. Duncan of the second part.
