Will of James Wilson, 1910 - Wayne Co. WV

I James Wilson being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and 
Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.

I give and bequeath unto my daughter Lieuary Frazier and to D.H. Frazier her husband all my 
estate both real and personal, including my household and Kitchen furniture and all money and 
all my estate of whatever nature or character soever, it shall belong to them or either of them 
or both of them at the time of my decease, and at the decease of my wife.

The said Lieuary Frazier and D.H. Frazier has been caring for me and for my wife, Jane Wilson, 
and in this consideration are to care for myself and my wife, Jane Wilson as aforesaid, nurse 
us and each of us in sickness and illness, and to employ medical aid when necessary for us 
during our natural lives, and at the time of our decease, they shall give to each of us a 
respectable burying or interment according to our standing in the community in which we have 
lived and place suitable tombstones at our graves.

I have already apportioned to the rest of my children, to wit, John Wilson, Charles R. Wilson, 
Ozion Wilson, James B. Wilson, Samuel J. Wilson, Minerva McCormick and Virginia B. Rife and 
P.H. Wilson and Elizabeth Wilson who is now deceased and they have heretofore received what I 
consider a just and equitable share or portion of my estate.

In Witness Whereof I James Wilson have to tris my last Will and Testament subscribed my name 
and seal this the 17th day of October A.D. 1910

Signed by James Wilson the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of 
us, who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our 
named as attesting witnesses.
