Cogar - Unknown Cemetery, Hacker Valley, Webster County, West Virginia

Unknown Cemetery, Hacker Valley, WV
I now know the name of the Cemetery is, Cogar Cemetery,  This is a very old Cemetery dating 
back when this was Randolph Co., Wv.  In 1860 Braxton, Nicholas, Randolph and Lewis Co, each 
gave part of their Co., to form Webster Co.,  therefore for research reasons this should be in 
Randolph and Webster Co.  Just below the Cemetery there is a grave stone marked 

George Lough, died Feb. 16, 1817
