HARRAH nee FORREN Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"; format=flowed Amanda A. HARRAH Mrs. Amanda Agnes HARRAH, Victor, died Saturday in an Oak Hill hospital after a short illness. Born May 12, 1884 in Greenbrier County, she was a daughter of the late Marion and Amanda Agnes FORREN. She was a member of the Mt. Airy Methodist Church at Victor. Surviving are three sons, Harold, Victor; Everett, Ansted and Delta, Fayetteville; two daughters, Mrs. Fornia WOOD and Mrs. Helen LANE, both of Victor; a step-daughter, Mrs. Dollie HOKE, beckley; two brothers, Joe FORREN, Brookville, Ohio and Frank FORREN, Victor; two sisters, Dr. Mellie D. FORD, Lewisburg and Mrs. Betty STEPHENS, Hinton; 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Mt. Airy Methodist Church with the Rev. Wesley Pennington, Nallen and the Rev. Carl Chamman, Hico, in charge. Burial will be in the Ballard Harrah Family Cemetery at Victory [sic]. The body will be taken from the Dodd-Payne Funeral Home in Fayetteville to the residence at 5 p.m. Monday and will be placed in the church one hour before the service.
