March 26, 1857 - ELIZABETH J HOUGHTON - white female died in Lewis Co of 
consumption at age 25 y 11 m 5 d.  Born in Lewis county to SAMUEL H and
MARGARET WILSON.  Informant: husband A. A. HOUGHTON

September 30, 1860 - ELIZABETH M HOUGHTON - white female died in Lewis Co
of diptheria at age 9 y 3 m 2 d.  Born in Braxton county to JAS W and LUCRETIA
HOUGHTON.  Informant: mother.

September 20, 1860 - FRANCIS M HOUGHTON - white male died in Lewis Co of 
diptheria at age 5 y 4 m 22 d.  Born in Braxton county to JAS W and LUCRETIA
HOUGHTON.  Informant: mother.

December 17, 1890 - FANNY Z HOUGHTON - white female died in the evening in 
Sugar Camp, Lewis Co of pneumonia after scarlet fever for 3 days at age 
16 y 7 m 2 d.  She was single and had lived all her life in WV.  She was 
buried in Straight Fork on December 19, 1890.  Physician: R F EAGAN of Crawford, WV.

September 21, 1923 - WM HENRY HOUGHTON - white male died in Weston of diabetes 
at age 78 y.  He was married and was a carpenter.  Informant: GEORGE SNYDER, MD.

April 5, 1938 - JASPER N HOUGHTON - white male died in Weston of chronic nephitis 
intestinal and chronic myocarditis at age 89 y.  He was married and was a shoemaker. 
He was the son of JAMES WM HOUGHTON and LUCRETA HAWKINS.  He was buried in the
Masonic Cemetery.  Physician: EDWIN A TRINKLE, MD of Weston, WV.

September 14, 1939 - CHRISTINA LEWIS HOUGHTON - white femal died in Weston of
fracture of hip and bronchial pneumonia at age 82 y 5 m 26 d.  She was a widow 
and did housework.  She was the daughter of JONATHAN LEWIS and ELIZABETH POMINE.
She was buried in the Masonic Cemetery. Physician: E. A. TRINKLE, MD of Weston, WV.

August 20, 1957 - BAYARD HOUGHTON - white male died in Weston (usual residence Weston)
of dementia praecox and asthma at age 73 y 9 m 16 d.  He was born November 13, 1883 in 
WV to JASPER NEWTON HOUGHTON and CHRISTINA LEWIS.  He was single and there was no
occupation listed.  He was buried in the Masonic Cemetery (funeral director: R GLENN
FLOYD) Physician: E R COOPER, MD of Weston, WV.  Informant: hospital records

June 20, 1970 - SADIE ELIZABETH HOUGHTON - white female died in Weston (usual residence 
Weston) of myocardial infarction at age 85 y.  She was born December 29, 1884 in WV to 
WILLIAM F MOORE and MARTHA E CARTER. She was a widow and a housewife.  She was buried 
in Memorial Garden in Weston, WV (funeral director: PAUL H LOUDIN of Ireland, WV).  
Physician: ELDEN H PERTZ, MD of Weston, WV.  Informant: CLYDE HOUGHTON of Weston.

December 13, 1971 - ELIAS BOONE HOUGHTON - white male died in Weston State Hospital 
(usual residence Ireland, WV) of bronchopneumonia and respiratory infection at age 
79 y.  There is a note that he had an accident - he fell out of bed on his ward in
the Weston State Hospital at about 1:00 a.m.  He was born March 13, 1893 (parents 
listed as unknown).  He was a widow and a laborer.  He served in WWI.  He was buried 
in the Heaston Cemetery in Crawford, WV (funeral director: PAUL H LOUDIN of Ireland,
WV). Physician: S B GUEVARRA, MD of Weston State Hospital.   Informant: BARBARA LEWIS.
