M. Carder of near Silent Grove, after a considerable siege of consumption. She was the mother of two children which are both living, and with their grandfather, Mr. Carder. Mrs. Haller was a good woman so accounted by all her neighbors both at Elkins and in this county. She was a member of the Baptist church, and Rev. J. W. Woodford had charge of her funeral. Our sympathy is extended to her sorrowing father, who is left with the children to care for. Any Haller researcher know how she is connected please let me know.
