Dated April 17, 1811 >From Monongalia County Marriage Records, Courthouse Monongalia County, Morgantown,WV. Volume 2 page 211. Know all men by these presents that we Aron Henery & William Windsor both of Monongalia County, Virginia are held and firmly bound unto James Monroe(?) Esquire Governor or Chief Magistrate of this Commonwealth,for the time being and his successors in the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to be paid to the said James Monroe or his successors for the use of the said Commonwealth to which payment will and truly to be made we bind ourselves our and each of our heirs Executors administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated the 17th day April 1811. Whereas a marriage is suddenly intended to be had and solemnized between the above bound Aron Henery and Mary Windsor daughter of William Windsor-both of this County.
