Two Belcher Marriage Documents, 1905-1907 - Wyoming Co. WV


(Submitter Note:
This is an original handwritten permission letter written by my great
grandmother giving the county clerk permission to issue a marriage licence
for my grandmother to marry my grandfather in Wyoming county WV.)

Dated: Dec. 27 , 1907
Mister Sinters county clerk, please issue a marriage licence for my girl
India Felia Belcher and Andrew J Goodman. Her age 20 years old Dec. 24,
Andrews age 21 last June 1.

Mr. Lon Stewart Co. Clerk. We are willing for Susan B Belcher our 
daughter
