Department of the Interior, U. S.
Land Office at Newcastle, Wyo.
March 4th, 1920
Notice is hereby given that
        DEMPSEY A. LUTON
of Gillette, Wyoming, who on Feb. 16, 1920,
made Additional Homestead Entry No. 014735, 
for NE1/4NE1/4 , Section 30, SE1/4NW1/4, 
S1/4NE1/4, SE1/4, Section 29 and NE1/4NE1/4,
Section 32, W1/4SW1/4, Section 28,NW1/4NW1/4, 
Section 33, Township 54N. Range 70 W., 6th P.
Meridan, has filed notice of intention to 
make a Three Year Proof, to establish a claim
to the land above described, before Don I. 
Wakeman U. S. Commissioner at Gillette, Wyoming,
on the 21st day of April 1920.
Claimant names as witnesses:
John Gleason, B. B. Roberts, W. T. Roberts,
W. E. Luton, all of Weston, Wyoming.
