Notice is hereby given that
              ANN BROOKE
of Gillette, Wyoming, widow of Horace R.
Brooke, deceased, of Gillette, Wyoming,
who on April 8th, 1913, made Homestead
Entry No. 09194, for SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Sec. 5,
NE 1/4 N 1/4 SE 1/4 Sec. 7 NW 1/4 NW 1/4
Section 8, Township 49 N. Range 72 W. 6th
Meridan, has filed notice of intention to
make Three Year proof, to establish a claim
to the land above described, before Edgar
E. Wakeman, U. S. Commissioner, at Gillette,
Wyoming, on the 19th day of October, 1917.
